BuffDaqg

Creatine Giveaway

We’re raffling off two tubs of SuppDawg's premium Buffdawg Creatine to anyone that enters. See below for rules.

MAX GOBLET SQUAT TONNAGE CHALLENGE

RULES

Perform as many reps as possible with a single dumbbell or kettlebell in 60 seconds. The number of reps you perform multiplied by the weight used determines your total tonnage score.

  • Example: 25 reps x 50 lb = 1,250 lb Tonnage
  • Weight: Use a single kettlebell or dumbbell of any weight. There is no minimum or maximum weight requirement. Find the best combination of weight and reps that allows you to maximize tonnage. Same weight must be used for the duration of the challenge.

  • Grip: The weight must be held with both hands in the “goblet” position. No front racking or resting the weight on your shoulder.

  • Form: Each rep should hit thigh parallel and lockout the top position.
  • Equipment: Belt and sleeves allowed.
  • Time: Timer starts on the descent of the first rep & only each locked out rep should be counted.
  • Angle: Should clearly show the lifter and the weight being used.
  • Public Link: To be added to the official leaderboard & be eligible for the giveaway, you must provide valid, public video links (YouTube, Instagram, Google Drive, Vimeo, etc.).

    • Transparency: To maintain total score integrity, your video links will be displayed on the leaderboard so the community can verify and judge entries.

    • Privacy Tip: If you don’t want videos appearing in search engines or on your main social profile, use a YouTube “Unlisted” link.

These are individual performance tiers.

THE MOTHER’S DAY TWIST

Get your mom to join the challenge. Not required, but encouraged.

  • Her score is added to yours to boost your leaderboard rank.
  • Your raffle entry for the SuppDawg Creatine is doubled (1→2).
  • If selected, both you and your mom will each receive one tub of creatine.
  • If your mom is unable to participate, another older/meaningful woman in your family may be an alternate (e.g., aunt, grandma).

May is Osteoporosis Awareness Month and Mother’s Day. Around 50% of women over 50 have low bone mass. That’s not a stat to shrug off, it’s a reason to get your mom lifting.

No, only if you want to be. You can record your sets separately at different times or even in different cities. Just ensure both videos follow the standard submission rules.

Nope. To keep things simple, the primary lifter is responsible for submitting both scores and both video links. If you recorded your sets in the same video, just submit that same link for both entries.

No, we allow for total flexibility. You can list her by her full name, her social media handle, or if she prefers to remain anonymous—you can choose the generic “Mom” option during submission.

While we might judge your reps strictly, we give Mom some leeway. If she can’t hit full depth, have her box-squat to a chair or bench.

Plus, we’re kicking things off with a new shirt. No awareness ribbons. Just identity forged through heavy lifting and dense bones.
