
600 Pound Club Straight Flush
This challenge is a new spin on the 600 Pound Club and features four lifts, including a wild card lift that lets lifters play to their strengths. Lifters must sequentially achieve a half-plate push press, a 1-plate wildcard lift of their choice, a 2-plate squat, and a 3-plate deadlift. This challenge is only open to women.
Rules
Like the original 600 Pound Club, a total of 600 pounds or more is required. You must meet the plate requirements for each lift and cannot compensate for a shortfall in one lift by exceeding the total in another. For more details, refer to the lift standards and FAQ section below.
1/2 Plate Push Press
Minimum 95lb/40kg

1 Plate Wild Card
Minimum 45lb/20kg
- Weighted Dip
- Weighted Pistol Squat
- Weighted Pull-Up/Chin-Up

2 Plate Squat
Minimum 225lb/100kg

3 Plate Deadlift
Minimum 315lb/140kg

Push Press Standards
- Bar must be pressed upward into an overhead position with arms locked out.
- Leg drive is permitted.
- Standing strict overhead press is also permitted.
- No push jerk or catching the bar in a squatted position.
- No excessive arching that turns the lift into an incline press.
Allowed
- Barbells, axles, and logs.
- Wrist supports, elbow/knee sleeves, and belt.
Not Allowed
- Elbow or knee wraps.
- Free weights or machine lifts.
- Video must show all weight plates on at least one side of the barbell.
- Lifter must remain fully visible at all times, with no obstructions that interfere with judging.
- Video Angles
- Use a side or front angle. A slight angle toward the front or back is also acceptable.
- Videos taken directly from the back are difficult to judge and will likely require resubmission.
Wild Card Standards
Weighted Dip Standards
- Lift must begin with arms locked out.
- Body must be lowered until elbows reach 90 degrees or more.
- Lift must finish with elbows locked out.
- No excessive lower body momentum.
Allowed
- Wrist supports, elbow sleeves, and belts.
- Dip belts, weight vests, and other measurable external loads.
Not Allowed
- Elbow/knee wraps
- Sling Shot or assistive gear
- Free weights or machine lifts.
- Video must show all weights.
- Lifter must remain fully visible at all times, with no obstructions that interfere with judging.
- Video Angles
- Use a side or front angle. A slight angle toward the front or back is also acceptable.
- Videos taken directly from the back are difficult to judge and will likely require resubmission.
Weighted Pull-Up Standards
- Pull-ups, chin-ups, and neutral grip are permitted.
- Every rep must begin and end with arms fully over head, elbows extended and shoulders flexed (dead-hang).
- Chin must visibly raise above the bar.
- No kipping or excessive lower body momentum.
- The set terminates when you make contact with the ground.
Allowed
- Chalk, dip belts, weight vests, and other measurable external loads.
Not Allowed
- Gloves, straps, or other grip devices.
- Bands or other assistive devices.
- Video must clearly show all weights.
- Lifter must remain fully visible at all times, with no obstructions that interfere with judging.
- Video Angles
- Use a front angle. A slight angle toward the side is also acceptable.
- Videos taken directly from the back are difficult to judge and will likely require resubmission.
Pistol Squat Standards
- Video of only one leg completing the lift is required.
- Lift may be performed on the ground or on an elevated surface such as a box.
- No touching of the ground with the non-stance leg.
- Squat depth must be achieved to thigh parallel or greater.

Allowed
- Any barbell (including specialty), dumbbells, and kettlebells.
- Knee sleeves, belt, and lifting shoes.
Not Allowed
- Knee wraps, lift suits, or external wedges/plates under heels.
- Machine lifts
- Bulgarian split squats.
- Video must show all weight plates on at least one side of the barbell.
- Lifter must remain fully visible at all times, with no obstructions that interfere with judging.
- Video Angles
- Use a side angle. A slight angle toward the front or back is also acceptable.
- Videos taken directly from the front or back are difficult to judge and will likely require resubmission.
Squat Standards
- Back squats, front squats, and Zercher squats are permitted.
- If a spotter is utilized, the spotter will not meaningfully assist the completion of the lift.
- Squat depth must be achieved to thigh parallel or greater.

Allowed
- Barbells including specialty bars such as safety squat, buffalo, cambered, etc. are permitted.
- Knee sleeves, belt, and lifting shoes.
Not Allowed
- Knee wraps, lift suits, or external wedges/plates under heels.
- Machine lifts or box squats.
- Video must show all weight plates on at least one side of the barbell.
- Lifter must remain fully visible at all times, with no obstructions that interfere with judging.
- Video Angles
- Use a side angle. A slight angle toward the front or back is also acceptable.
- Videos taken directly from the front or back are difficult to judge and will likely require resubmission.
Deadlift Standards
- Conventional, sumo, and Zercher deadlifts are allowed.
- No power, hang, or full clean variations.
- Must momentarily achieve lock out of knees and hips with shoulders back.
- No excessive hitching or ramping.
- No dropping the bar at the top of the lift.
- Hands must remain in contact with the bar until knee height or lower to show control.

- Barbells
- Chalk, belt, knee sleeves, and lifting shoes.
Not Allowed
- Straps, grip devices, knee wraps, lift suits.
- Hex/trap bar or machine lifts.
- Anything that significantly elevates the barbell from the ground from a standard bumper plate height.
- Video must show all weight plates on at least one side of the barbell.
- Lifter must remain fully visible at all times, with no obstructions that interfere with judging.

Due to high volumes of submitted videos, we’re unable to feature every lifter individually. Select submissions are chosen on overall fit, however, these items will increase your chances:
- Following us on social media.
- Having solid form & clearly meeting all standards.
- Having a unique submission.
- Submitting a high definition video with:
- No watermarks
- Vertical / 9:16 ratio
- No or minimal text on screen
Additionally, if you’d like to remain out of the spotlight, you can select to not be shared to social media, or to be shared, but not tagged.
Yes—we accept applications worldwide and have had lifters from 50+ countries represented on our leaderboards in the past year. We also work with third-party manufacturers on each continent, allowing us to ship at reasonable rates even outside the U.S.
- All lifts do not need to be done on the same day, but they must be done in the same week.
- For the 2026 cycle, lifts must be from 2026.
- You may submit multiple times within a given year. Any update to your total requires a new submission of all lifts.
Yes, but we treat these videos like any other submission; video must clearly show you hitting standards. If the video is a bad angle or people are obstructing the view, getting white lights in the competition does not guarantee your lift is validated here.
You have one month from the time of notification to resubmit any required changes using the resubmission form. If you fall outside of the one month window, a full new submission is required.
