Spartan Hang Challenge

Perform a 1-minute dead hang with a combined weight (body + added) of 300 pounds from a pullup bar.

Requirements
Men: 60 seconds
Women: 30 seconds

Rules
● Bodyweight + added weight ≥ 300 lb.
● Grip must be double overhand.
● Timer starts when both feet leave the ground.
● Timer ends when grip breaks or feet touch any surface.
● Only chalk is permitted.
