RPE Calculator

How to Use This RPE Calculator

Step 1: Enter the weight, reps, and RPE from your first set. Based on these three inputs, the calculator estimates your one-rep max (1RM) using RPE-based strength models.

Step 2: Enter how many reps you plan to do on your next set. The calculator will display estimated weight to use at each RPE level for that rep goal.
