STRAIGHT FLUSH CHALLENGE

This challenge is a new spin on the original 1000 Pound Club and 600 Pound Club. It features four lifts: push press, wild card lift, squat, & deadlift. These four lifts must be hit in sequential order with a certain number of plates required per lift. See below for more information.
