You are outside of the valid submission window and must redo your lift(s). Submitting expired lifts will result in a disqualified application.

Please specify how many of each type of plates are being used on one side of the barbell and then include the weight of the barbell or specialty bar if applicable.


Example: 155kg: 25x2, 10x1, 5x1, 2.5x1 and 20kg bar
Example: 345lb: 45x3, 10x1, 5x1 and 45lb bar
Example: 117.5kg: 20x2, 5x1, 2.5x1, 1.25x1 and 15kg bar
