Widowmaker Squat Challenge
Perform a max 20-rep squat set. Take your approximate 10-rep squat max and extend it into a single 20-rep set using rest-pauses.
Rules:
You can pause at the top of each rep indefinitely.
You cannot rack the bar until all 20 reps are complete.
Performance Tiers
Tier 1: 405lb / 180kg
Tier 2: 315lb / 140kg
Tier 3: 225lb / 100kg
F-Tier: 135lb / 60kg (*minimum buy-in)
You’re encouraged to utilize the most weight that you can, which may be between tiers.
