One Ton Dip Challenge

Rules

Reach 2,000 pounds (907 kg) of weighted dip tonnage. The number of reps you perform multiplied by the weight used must be ≥ 2000 pounds. Bodyweight is not considered for this challenge, and you must successfully fulfill at least the F-Tier.

Performance Tiers

  • Tier 1: Completed < 1 minute
  • Tier 2: Completed < 5 minutes
  • Tier 3: Completed < 10 minutes
  • F-Tier: Completed < 20 minutes

Examples

  • 45 reps @ +45 lb
  • 25 reps @ +80 lb
  • 15 reps @ +135 lb
