Youth 750 Pound Club
What is the Youth 750 Pound Club?
The Youth 750 Pound Club is a high-level strength milestone for younger lifters who are able to lift a combined one-rep max total of 750 pounds or more in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. It serves as the next step beyond the Youth 500 Pound Club, recognizing lifters who have progressed beyond an entry-level benchmark and built serious strength across all three lifts.
Limited-Time Challenge: The Youth 750 Pound Club is available through December 31, 2026.
Youth 500 Pound Club Rules
The Youth 500 Pound Club is available only to lifters under 18. Participants ages 13–17 may submit with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. For participants under 13, a parent or legal guardian must complete the submission on the lifter’s behalf.
To join the club and be added to the leaderboard, you must achieve a total of 750 lb (340.5 kg) or more across your one-rep max attempts for the squat, bench press, and deadlift, performed with good form. Yes—we accept applications worldwide and have had lifters from 50+ countries represented on our leaderboards in the past year. We also work with third-party manufacturers on each continent, allowing us to ship at reasonable rates even outside the U.S.
- All lifts must be performed in the same week (7-day window).
- For the 2026 cycle, lifts must be from 2026.
- You may submit multiple times within a given year. Any update to your total requires a new submission of all lifts.
A lifter may resubmit only the lift(s) requiring correction within 30 days of the original submission date. Once that 30-day window has passed, previously accepted lifts no longer carry over and any resubmission must include newly performed attempts for all required lifts.
Yes, but we treat these videos like any other submission; video must clearly show you hitting standards. If the video is a bad angle or people are obstructing the view, getting white lights in the competition does not guarantee your lift is validated here.
If you have any questions or are requesting an exemption, send us a message via the contact page. For example, if you are an adaptive athlete and need accommodations, we will review your needs on a case-by-case basis.
