1000 Pound Pull-Up Challenge
Rules
You have 10 minutes to reach 1,000 pounds of weighted pull-up tonnage. The number of reps you perform multiplied by the weight used must be ≥ 1000 pounds. Pronated, supinated, and neutral grips are permitted. Bodyweight is not considered for this challenge.
Examples
- 40 reps @ +25 lb
- 20 reps @ +50 lb
- 12 reps @ +90 lb
