Max Pushups Challenge
Perform a set of max pushups in a two minute period. You must break 90 degrees on each rep & time ends if you leave the plank position.
Performance Tiers
- Tier 1: 75+ reps
- Tier 2: 60 reps
- Tier 3: 50 reps
- Needs work: Under 40 reps
