1000 Pound Pull-Up Challenge
Reach 1,000 pounds of weighted pull-up tonnage in less than 10 minutes. For the Women’s Division, the target is scaled to 500 pounds.
Rules
The number of reps you perform multiplied by the weight used must be ≥ 1000/500 lbs (454/227 kg).
Pronated, supinated, and neutral grips are permitted. Bodyweight is not considered for this challenge, only external load.

- 40 reps @ +25 lb (Open)
- 50 reps @ +10 lb (Women’s)
- 12 reps @ +90 lb (Open)
